1. do not ever, ever, ever, use tactics with the public, with your fellow citizens. Only tell the truth.
2. remember : God put us here on earth. Therefore we can deal with anything that is here.
3. be humble towards fellow citizens. You just have the job of winning this war against satan, that threatens to destroy humanity. You are not charged with telling us how we will feel.
4. do not listen to the learned. The meek understand the earth.
