Try and sue the state for malicious prosecution. It’s damn near impossible. In a high profile case maybe but the average Joe Schmo wouldn’t have the resources if he could ever find a lawyer to take such a case. Rittenhouse might have a better case against Facebook and all the other social media sites that called him a mass murderer. As for the witness that blew the case for the state I’m wondering if it wasn’t intentionally done so Rittenhouse is released and back out on the street. Maybe there’s some revenge being planned. Rittenhouse needs to watch his back
