Another "mandate," nothing wrong, right? They said to turn my clocks back an hour at 2:00 am. Simple, set my alarm for 2:00 am and do as instructed. Awakened at 2:00 am, did as instructed. Back to sleep, awakened at 2:00; did as instructed. I did this five times, and to my amazement, this was the first morning that the sun rose over the Wildcats at 2:00 am.
