Selecting another Icon (Red arrow) takes you to that member's wall, in this case Admin's where on rare occasions you might actually find something useful ( Just kidding Admin) Also indicated with the Red Arrow is the Live Chat with Admin. The Light Blue is the Search Bar and The maroon arrows are Harrell who just got a new puppy, Tess, that's her in the icon.
