The Wars of the King of Israel needs to come before the building of the 3rd Temple. Therefore it is expedient that the Religious Nationalist Jews of Israel must unite to restore the Sanhedrin of 70 Rabbis, who in turn will appoint a King, who shall lift an ensign of Peace to the Palestinians who must accept the 7 Laws of Noah, and Israel's right to rule over the whole land of Israel, from the river to the sea, with full sovereignty, including the Temple Mount. There are 3 choices Palestinians have: #1 Accept the 7 Laws of Noah and Israel's right to rule the British Mandate 1923 San Remo Convention Borders, and dwell safely and securely as a future Citizen of Israel #2 Flee from Judea-Samaria to Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, or Syria #3 Fight against Israel and perish Only once the Peace deal is offered and the war complete, should Israel & the Sanhedrin & the King of the Line of David begin building the 3rd Temple. This Halakic Process will save lives on both sides with less collateral damage in all of the Land of Israel. In the meantime the State of Israel can fund the establishment of a School for Kohenim & Leviim for the training of their work in the 3rd Temple.
