Whenever I can't get "How Stupid" Liberals or the Biden administration are,...I end up burying myself in my kitchen and I come up with some dish that ends up knockin' my socks off... Let us say I have made some good recipe's this year. Some were other people's recipes some were my own. This particular recipe is not mine. It is however, from a good friend who knows how to make killer meals, as well.Wine braised short ribs on a bed of my creamy parmesan polenta.I need to comfort myself. Gas is $3.19 and utilities are going up too. (Not to mention I paid $20 for 3 braised ribs...OMG!!!)
