In and out burger

In and Out Burger is a TRUE AMERICAN COMPANY, and an example more should follow!!!For much of my career I worked in Corporate Relocation. I worked with the execs in companies to develop programs, and implement the polices they developed to relocate their people. When they opened their first restaurants in Texas, we helped them move their employees. All of this is to tell you that In and Out Burger is a GREAT COMPANY! They were 100% all about taking care of their employees, no matter their position. Treating everyone as a valued member of their team, giving benefits no other company would offer many of their employees other than their execs. Oh and by the way, they are a very successful company, and when each store opened they had lines of customers waiting - apparently their burgers are as good as their customer service and the way they treat their employees!!!! They have a model that any American company should be proud to follow!!!
